Hey girl,
first you have to create an external account for your main work, Gfx doesn't support file uploading, except thumbnails and links. Go to:
http://photobucket.com/
its free!
then, upload your images 700x 700 pixels to Photobucket. Catch the "direct link" of your loadet image (mousing over the image) and paste this text in the link-mask of "submit artwork" of the Gfx menu.
Try to download a software which scales your artwork in batch for:
60x60
120x120
700x700
to jump the annoying scale-down operations.
Hope helps!

Bandco, as a Plus member you can upload photos to GFX server instead of using any free hosting. As a small thumbnail you need to make thumbnail size 64x64 px, for a large thumbnail 200x150 px, and for Artwork Image you need to resize your artwork to maximum 716 px in width.
